The Uptowner is an American style diner in the heart of Taichung City. Located near Sogo Department Store, we serve breakfast and brunch all day long and are well-known for our homemade burgers. The Uptowner is the perfect place to relax and enjoy good food in a great atmosphere. We open at 7am for the early birds, welcome group bookings, show live sports, have a comfortable patio area, allow pets on the outdoor seating area, serve ice cold beer on tap and have a range of cocktails.
